Activate C-Bus from anywhere in the house, even via mobile phone or PC.
C-Bus links all of the home's electrical services and enables easy programmable control from anywhere in the house, even via a mobile phone or PC. Another great option is 'Mode Control'. A keypad or your phone can be used to select a number of 'Modes'. For instance, upon leaving for work, enter your personal code to activate the 'Away' mode. This automatically arms the security system and turns off air conditioning and any lights that remain on in the house.
The Ultimate House-Sitter
Select 'Holiday' mode when leaving the house for an extended period and you will be leaving your house in safe hands. C-Bus will arm the security system and ensure that the garden is watered regularly. It will also give your home the 'lived-in' look while you're away by turning lights on and off at programmed times and opening curtains during the day.
As well as creating the lived-in look while you're away, C-Bus is clever enough to let you activate or disarm your security system over the phone. You can even unlock the front door to let someone in!
Virtual Grounds Keeper
C-Bus can be programmed to water your garden at set times automatically. You can even control your irrigation by phone from anywhere in the world. A Clipsal Rain Sensor can also be installed so that C-Bus only waters the garden when it needs it. Please note that current stage 3 water restrictions make automatic watering illegal in Bendigo and surrounding suburbs.
